Our journey to the much awaited tour-de-BIHAR(my first :P)...Starting with the train journey...It was a usual journey where i joined the group coming from mumbai at Khandwa junction(train no 2336 LTT-Bhagalpur Express)...We crossed M.P and were about to leave Mughal sarai station, the last stop in Uttar Pradesh...So now we entered the state in question(also better known as LALU's PLACE)...Call me sceptical or watever but the atmosphere changed all of a sudden, may be due to the frends continuously talking about it or no matter wat, but it happened...It was usual as we crossed Buxar(Yes its the same place where the great battle of buxar was fought) but then we reached AARA n things took a complete 180 degree turn(wish i cud tell 1800 degrees if we were to account the magnitude of change)...Irrespective of the fact that we were travelling in AC coaches, we were greeted by 75 odd passengers at the station n they claimed full ownership of the seats that we were already sitting... I objected with the Aunty who came to sit in my berth to which she bluntly replied "patna tak hi to jaana hai, adjust kar lo (as if i was going to newyork wid tat train:P)"...I called up my friend(the dulha(groom)) to inform tat we have reached AARA n he said technically it takes 45mins-1 hr to reach from AARA to PATNA but lets c wen u guys reach...and then we reached PATNA...after full 5 and a half hrs:).. nothing much happend in between except for the fact that train was stopped 15-20 times in between the stations...just as we came out of the Patna station one of my friend realized tat he is missing his wallet...we went back again to search the wallet in the train bt cudnt find it....Still he is clueless about wat exactly happend...the next 20 hrs were good as we slept n chatted wid each other (some of us were meeting after 1 yr)...then came the time of baarat...as we joined the baarat I was astonished or rather shocked to c a van with its luggage compartment open and was converted to a movable BAR, with bottles of Wines and Whiskey being distributed as we distribute water at the summer season at stations :P...We danced, laughed and had fun for another 1 hr and then Baarat reached the marriage place, then the next 1 hr were followed by eating and bird watching(Just WOW :), since this is a social networking site so wont go into much detail :P)...Then we talked with the new couple and had a group photograph at stage...Just when everything seem to be real nice, we heard some abusing and brawling and within no time it was a total chaos with the level of gaali's worsening every other minutes, then some chairs were raised but luckily it did'nt hit anyone...then the groom was told by his family members to go to the 'Janmasa'(place where the baraat stays)and the entire marriage hall was vacated and when we left at 2A.M. there were discussions going on whethr the marriage will take place or not...then i gt a call from the groom next morning at 9 that the marriage concluded peacefully ...So atleast it was a happy ending as far as the marriage is concerned but don think we were so lucky...On our way back our train was scheduled to arrive at 2:P.M, and it came around 3'o clock so i will call that pretty much on time...While we were waiting i saw a general or local train with as much as 400 passengers in one coach with some of them (including ladies) sitting even in toilets...And then our train came, though we were leaving Patna, our bad luck refused to leave us and we learned that CANARA BANK's exam was there at patna that morning and a large crowd of youngsters aged 19-22 in the platform verified the fact...As soon as the train came, we rushed to our coach and they rushed too:P..Finally we enterd the coach and found ourselves in the company of 250 extra passengers in the form of young students... anyhow we managed to go to our seats and one of my friend found his side lower seat occupied by 3-4 young gals... when he said "excuse me, this is my seat" to them, they looked at each other n replied quickly "cant u stand for 1 hr or so"...my frn was frozen:P...this time journey from Patna to Aara took only 2:30 hrs n then they left the train and tats when we found our seats. Well rest of the journey was pretty much normal but none of us complained:P...I feel as if i have enough screenplay to make "My experience wid truths":P...Any1 interestd??
